Anybody know about how fast an electric fan motor...

The lincoln mark VIII fan is about the best you can find for cooling. I think they pull in somewhere around 4500 cfm and spin 1850 rpm IIRC at high speed and around 1100 at low. They can be found often on ebay or craigslist. I picked one up for my Pontiac for $60
