hi - is there a company out there that repairs seat belts??

E5 Charger

Hi,  the only two places I know of are http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/ and http://www.pythonrestoration.com/
I haven't had any done so can't speak of their quality, but I have heard Ssanke-oyl does a great job. It is expensive to restore seat belts, you may want to consider buying new from the Paddock or Year One, although they won't look exactly like the originals.

I had to remove the plastic sleeve on my 73s front inboard seat belts because the guy that redid my seat left out the retainers. He did an awesome job on the seat but left those out or maybe they weren't there. Will it be ok without them? They still function perfect and mount correctly.
