Cam choice

I'm planning a 451 for my charger. If i have a 3.73 and a 3000 stall what would be a good cam choice. I'll probly get some eddy rpm heads too.

On a side note, what would be a good cam choice for the stock 400 and stock heads that's in there now, same gear, 2000 stall right now.

For that combo i would go with the Comp xs282s solid or the xe285hl hydraulic. Vegas Mike has the 282 solid in his 440 and it made excellent power. A 451 would be identical.

Something along the lines of the Engle K54 hydraulic would really wake up that smogger.  ;)

Well...    I hate Comp Cams...    had some bad experiences in the past - Engle for me    :2thumbs:

1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye - 340 / A-518 / 3.23 Sure Grip
