I just bought a new resistor, does nayone know the correct ohms on the resistor for my 69 charger?

Just the resistor. The one I have is now 1,5 ohms and it says that it should be 0,5 ohms, is this correct?

If so, that might be the reason that the car wont start:) (it starts but after 1 second it stops)

HELP PLEASE!!!

Jesco

Sounds like it my be wrong wiring for the ignition. Seems like it dont get any ignition in "run" only when the ignition key is in start.

I have used the car a few weeks so I it can not be wrong wiring, it has to be either the resistor which is broken or that one cable is broken.

Anyone know the correct ohms? Or id you if the resistor is the problem because of the higher OHMS than it says in the manual.
