Anyone want a product review ?

I am currently installing XV Motorsports inner fender braces and lower radiator support - All I gotta say is they are awesome!   Not a direct "take it out of the box and weld it in" thing but with the differences from car to car some trimming is necessary - I am 3/4 the way through the inner fender braces and I've been on them for only 2.5 hours...    not bad in my opinion, considering that includes cleaning, fitting, welding, and undercoating

My only gripe i think i'm going to have with the lower radiator support is that the mounting tab for my grill structure is going to need to he "modified" - again the parts are great and affordable for the average starving student....     Thanks XV!  :2thumbs:

How do the inner fender braces work? I heard they were good for pro-touring cars as they strengthen the frame???? I'm interested in them possibly...

Cody if you go to there site you will see how they fit in, YES very good for chassis stiffening... IMHO......Pro-Touring or just makeing the car drive/handle better.

Yeah...   I talked with Pete about the rad support at last year's XV open house.    On a Plymouth (ie: road runner) it's fairly easy...  the Charger grille makes it a bit of a job.
I still haven't bought it although I have / had every intention of doing so.    If they had been available while my car was apart I'd have done it for sure.    I just don't feel like opening the can of worms up yet.

I installed the same parts on my 70 Charger as well.  Took about 2.5 hrs for the firewall/shock tower braces and maybe an hour for the lower radiator brace.

I encountered that problem with the valence as well and modified it by slicing off the old unit (keeping the face, grill support and valence support tabs in place) and tacking it on to the XV brace.

Here is a pic just before final weld:
