I went to the movies last night and when I went outside i found a brown Monaco two door that said R/T on it, unfortunately i did not have a camera with me or i would have shown it to you. I didn't realize they made Monacos in R/Ts any info on them?

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

I doubt it too but never say never...there weren't supposed to be any Dart R/Ts but here's an interesting car that's popped up on the A body board

That thread doesn't really do much to convince me.  Without more proof, I gotta call  :icon_bs: on the car in the link and no way on the car in this thread.

an LS23N0R100031 found in a field in Montana being an r/t  ........ its a stretch but.....................maybe

I agree on the Monaco..IF Dodge would have done it, they probably would have made a Polara R/T instead of a Monaco.

I'm witholding judgement on the Dart until more information surfaces. A Dart R/T does make some sense and there are some other things posted that sound 'right'.

yup... IF it exsisted it.. and IF it somehow survived.. it would have been a polara..

:scratchchin: it would almost make sense with the hurst 300/ sport fury GT's that dodge would have a sporty c body for the 1970 model year but they didn't.

Somewhere out there in Internet Land there is a picture floating around of a purple Monaco, very nicely done, with R/T badges that the guy put on it.  I found it a couple of times looking for pics of Polara R/Ts.

That may have added some fuel to the fire.

There were no Monaco R/Ts.

Konig--THAT'S the one I was thinking off, my mistake, not a Monaco but a US Polara.
