need some help with oil pan stuff

hi all, i have a milodon low pro 7qt oil pan. but dont have a windage tray. i went looking for the milodon tray that fits my 440 stroker, and it says 'installation kit requred'.
my question is, just what is the installation kit? and is it really required? it looked like a picture of some nuts and bolts. lol... 
if anyone can stear me in the right direction it would be awsome! thanks.
