Looks awesome man!
Did you put the oxygen sensor hole in the collector or did it come with it? Ive got to do the same for my EFI setup but I was planning on doing it facing inwards unless there is a clearance issue (I know there probably different setups to some degree but I thought Id check nevertheless)?

Well - The TTI headers for the 5.7 and 6.1L Headers come with the bungs installed by default...

When I ordered my TTI exhaust I specified O2 bungs so mt exhaust pipes have 2 bungs installed as well...       So to answer your question TTI usually installs the O2 bungs in the head pipes not the headers (must specify when ordering)

All I got was the hydraboost unit itself from a buddy of mine - owed me a favor so I got the booster for free...    I watched him rebuild and test it so its all good  :2thumbs:

Hydratech has not responded to my numerous inquiries as to a mounting plate...    I will be making the lines from high pressure braided lines made for PS applications...

what do you want pics of Pete?  Your car is way nicer than mine

Today I got most of the steering column painted and assembled...   left the wheel off for now just for better storage...     got the SSBC proportioning Valve installed as well...     continuing to clean up the garage as well...       Also found and installed my locks for the doors...     replaced all the old screws for the door weather-strips with zinc plated screws as my car was originally missing quite a few of the correct black ones...     :shruggy:

Rolling_Thunder

well - spent 5 hours today playing with the wiring harness I got off e-bay...    turns out it was not complete as advertised...     does not have the white NGC connector...    I am pretty bummed about that - it did have the green transmission control plug that I had to remove as it is not needed at all with my 5-speed...

I would take pics but just imagine a big bowl of spaghetti and you get the idea

So - I just got a quote for the missing connector I need...      HOLY SH!T     One connector is $73.00 !!!   :RantExplode:         So I will be doing something else for that...      Seems the only thing I need this connector for is the gas pedal position sensor...      I think I will be finding an alternative to ordering a new connector...      Ahhh   the joys of doing it yourself...

I'll keep you guys posted as to updates and yes Pete - I'll post pics!

I just love those shaved drip rails... I've been contemplating it, but now I am convinced and will do the same on my Charger.   Question for ya, do you plan to keep the chrome trip around the windshield?

By the chrome strip around the windshield I assume you mean the front windshield....    Yes - it will be kept...   The only trim on the car will be the door weatherstripping trim (goes along the roof line), the front and rear windshield stainless, Vent window frame, and the side to 1/4 glass stainless strips...        The belt moulding and drip rail mouldings are all gone. My opinion was it was just WAY too much trim around the windows...    I have no regrets about shaving the rails...

More news - I ended up finding that pesky connector I was looking for - now I need only the APPS connector and I can wrap up these harnesses....    :D

I like the way the shaved drip rails look, but how do you keep water from rain or a car wash from getting into the car?   :ahum:  I've been curious about it for a while.

The door gaskets and roof line weatherstrippings take care of that - The drip rails just direct most of the water down to the rear of the windows...    no idea why - new cars dont have them?   :shruggy:

They also made it so the air would not pound on the actual seal too.....Most new cars cars have channeled doors and will wind leak on one side going one direction and the other side going the other way.
