I have a new cam how many miles do I need to put on it before I can put on the new headers?

If you have some sort of ceramic coating on the headers, you can put them on after 30 min  :popcrn:

I think you should worry about the air/fuel ratio being correct.

And I figured it was a few hundred miles..........

Just curious - the reason for the recommended wait time - is it that the egt's are much higher during break-in period?
If that's the case, would it still be a concern for stainless headers?  I've been considering them anyway, just because I want to never have to worry about rusting out, but man they're freakin' expensive...
