Well had my car dynoed at work, they had a dyno set up for a Honda S2000 meet.  They let me run my car on it for free since I work there.  A little disapointing they didn't really hammer the car down and it was pretty obvious.  It had a max hp of 210 and 292 ft. lbs of torque at like 3000 rpms.  I will try and post the video of it.

That was awesome.  Too bad you didn't film the reactions of the Honda boys while your car was ROARING.  210hp though?  I get the impression that your car is pretty healthy so WTF is that all about?

jwilk01

Yeah there was quite a crowd around watching my car on there.  They didn't take the car up to the redline like they were the Honda's, I am assuming because it didn't have a rev limiter on it.  I asked if I could get up there and run it right, I have seen some dyno runs before and these guys didn't really seem to do it like I have seen in the past.  Afterwards I did a about a 70 foot burn out and said that I had never seen a 4000 lbs at 210 hp do that.

They didn't take it up to redline because your car is big, loud and it was scaring them...

Ya, no kidding !  The Honda boys didn't rpm the motor because they didn't want to frag their little dyno  :D

Don't worry Josh....your car is making a lot  more than 210hp to the rear wheels.  ;)

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

At the time I had a fairly stock 383, 4 speed and a 600cfm carb - it dyno'ed at 245 HP and 319 ft @ the wheels.

They obviously didn't get on it or know how to drive it.

Here is a vid of mine.
They guys that Dyno'ed mine were also a little scared to really get on it because the motor only had about 450 miles on the rebuild.

I plan on Dynoing my Charger after its put back together to see if the Fuel Injection and 5 speed makes a difference.

Great Vid of your Charger!  Sounds Great.

Damn.  I don't particularly care for 1st 'gens but your car looks and sounds great.  The wheels actually work on your car...
