Wow, that was a lot of pictures, thanks.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Thanks for sharing. How on earth did you guys get Chris to wear a 1970 Charger T-shirt? Just curious?

Here's a secret...they all wear them. My boys are the biggest supporters on the planet. I had two '69 Charger owners wearing them, two '69 Coronet R/T 'Vert owners wearing them as well. The guys in Carlisle (Like HemiGeno) did the same. I luv 'em all.  :2thumbs:

Also it helps that they were on the house!

Now you have me trying to remember if Gene was wearing that shirt when I was walking around with him at Carlisle last year. Just thought it was funny to see, figured that chris would have made the digits into a 69 with a marker or something. JK.

Glad you are all enjoying them.  I had a blast there and the guys from the boards made the trip even more awesome!

P.S.  Bill... That carb didnt fit, so no thread on it.  LOL

Damn Goodz, GREAT pictures!! ROTFLMAO!!!!  :smilielol: :smilielol:   My back still hurts from those 2 clowns kicking me while checking out Scott's Gear Vendors installation!

Despite the ever decreasing attendance, lousy weather on Sunday, miniscule swap meet, inflated entry fees, lack of proper show car judging, awful food, & mutant bathroom attendants, I had a terrific time!!  ;)

For me, this show is the perfect "kick-off" Mopar show of the season. It's local, & I get to see some old friends: Kevin69RTvert, Just 6T9 CHGR, Chris G., RJS, 69 OUR/TEA, Scott w/his '69 (sorry dude, I don't know your screen name), moparjohn, resq302, & many others who aren't members here.
And, meeting NEW people from this board: Goodz, FLG, Autodynamics, & BlueSS454. All GREAT guys with super-nice cars!!

The WORST part was driving home in that damn rain on Sunday!!  :icon_smile_dissapprove:  :flame:  It was just spending some extra time drying everything off & some cleaning, but it was still worth it. And, I missed having one of resq302's world-famous gourmet snow-cones!  :'(

Hope to see everyone again at Carlisle.

PS- Hey Goodz, sorry to hear about that carb!  :slap:  There's always eBay...

Hey Bill.  Thanks for the compliments.  :)

You did say you wanted to see a huge thread with LOTS of pics, didnt you?   :smilielol:

No.  It wasnt anyone from the boards.  When I was talking to him beofre he raced it, I asked him if he was on the DodgeCharger.com forums.  He said, "No.  I am the original owner and this car has been in my garage for the past 25 years."... which I thought was a strange answer to my question.  So sad.

Not really sure, tbh.  Once I  asked him if he was on the boards, and listening to the answer he gave me, I really didnt care to talk to him anmore.  I just admired the car.

I was just wondering. Cause there is a green one around here. It's been sitting for about that many years. I just thought it might be the same guy.  :scratchchin:  Damn, shame he raced it and blew the motor after sitting that long.  :pity:
