My guess is that it is from a 66/67.

1973 SE Brougham Black 4̶0̶0̶  440 Auto.

Thats a typo. It goes on a 66/67
Its an upper door trim piece that goes just below the vent glass. (see pic) If you can zoom in on it, you can just make out the Charger script.
