It looks good, but plain. The pictures don't look like they are from XV's place I wonder if they bought another place.

Personally i think it looks nice, but like some said, a little plain. Dont think the rears are 335´s ??  What i really like though, is the position of the front wheels in the fender, and the wheels.
That has been something i have been really curious about, since i have their front end, waiting to go under my 68 :2thumbs:

interior looks nice but a little monotone. But hey I 'd drive it any day!  :2thumbs:

terrible one

You know, I really like that style. Nothing too out there, but beautiful and no bullshit. And it being an XV car means you know it really is all business!

Exactly.  Who the f**k cares what it looks like?  Paint, wheels, and interiors on cars are like clothes on chicks: beauty in the eye of the beholder, but the only thing that really matters is getting inside of it and riding hard.

On a road course, I bet a good driver in a car like that could wax the tail off of a mediocre driver in a new 'Vette...

It's missing something for me.......a clutch pedal.

The (probably) 6.1 hemi under the hood would fit great with a T56 IMO. And as CB stated, some red accents would not been bad at all, but hey it's probably built for a customer so it's like that person wanted it and built quality look top.
Greetings from Belgium, the beer country

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

Detective Frank Bullitt wouldn't have caught that one.

hehe !! Think many will be in for a surprice if they try that one. Has that bit of a sleeper stance, just to fool people :D :nana:

It's actually a development mule/prototype/demonstrator so, no, it wasn't built to a customer's specs. I know it was started well over two years ago but It took a long time because they've been working on customer's cars. I'm not a fan of the door panels (too street rod-ish for my tastes) but I'd drive it. I think if they'd have made the interior just a bit more stock appearing it'd be a great sleeper - but then it wouldn't appeal to their target market. It is a 525 hp 6.1 Hemi with a 4-speed AOD and paddle shifters.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

There is a TV show here in Norway where a former racecar driver (Norwegian) is testing a lot of cars, and lap times are posted on their website.
Guess what i am going to do when my car is done? :D

That interior reminds me of a '94-'96 Impala SS   :eek2:  There are still some really cool ideas in this one though.  I like the console and the dash layout :2thumbs:

I know scott landis said that his favourite car is a 68 charger....

They sure hell made the XV challenger kick its ass.  :eyes:

i'll bet it's a LOT more comfortable than those stock "chiropractors friends" :coolgleamA:

suntech

Quotes that what its selling for??
I think it is app 185 K, and if you add up the parts in the car, it will add up to substantial amounts.
This is a car that is ready, buildt by a buisness, so they are ofcause also charging labor costs.
Since we only live once, and all this is not just a dressed rehearsal, but the real thing............ Well, enjoy it!!!!

Ghoste

I like the "plain-ness".  In fact, I wish it had stock appearing rims and the stock interior but with all the XV stuff underneath.  Add in a killer stroked mill up front and it is the perfect street Charger.  I suppose if I had 200k to drop on a car I could get one made the way I'd prefer it huh?

Fitz73Chrgr

Not my cup of tea.  I think XV could make it look better.

wow how many hundred thousand is that thing?

dqhemi

In the pictures up on our site the car isn't yet completed.
So there are some details on it that will look different from what you see up there right now.

We will be formally unveiling the car at our Open House on Saturday June 14th if you'd like to see the finished car up close.

I'll put a post up on our open house early part of next week.

I love everything about it.
It gives me wood hard enough a cat can't scratch. :D

If I could afford it, that thing would be MINE!! :boogie:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Joshua

I actually kind of like it, even though I can't stand red.....better than the majority of the "pro-touring" style cars out there, which are over done....
But when will guys just stop with the Autometer gauges mounted that way.....would look WAY nicer with 'em mounted from BEHIND the bezel....more of a factory look....just my .02

RTSE69

Nice looking for a G machine at least it don't look like that shortened black and gold Charger that other shop did a year ago?

mikepmcs

NICE!  Don't like red myself but I would be proud to roost in that bad boy! :2thumbs:
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Like it too, but i cant wait till the right wheels are coming on!!!!! :2thumbs:
