WELL, I DID NOT GET RICH :o

I HAVE HAD THAT CAR OVER SIX YEARS AND JUST STUCK IT IN THE CORNER OF THE BUILDING, THEY DRAG IT HOME CHECK OVER THE MONSTEROUS 318, PUT A BATTERY, COIL AND A LITTLE GAS DOWN THE CARB, AND IT FIRED UP LIKE I USED IT AS A DAILY DRIVER AND PARKED IT YESTERDAY.... :yesnod:

I KNOW THEY ARE SITTING DOWN THERE RIGHT NOW GOING  :hah:

It's nice to see these young men still interested in some real cars. :2thumbs:

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

You done a good thing.  There's just enough wrench time left in that car for him to make it his own and something to be proud of.  He will have a lot more respect for something like that then if his old man had gone out and bought him a new or finished car that needed no work.

I bet that made his day. I know I was on cloud nine when I bought mine and I was 19.

On a different note, did your dog just have surgery?
