Well I brought my engine up to Dwayne Porter's / Porter Racing Heads to get it ready for a Porter Dyno session.  I will be joining Dwayne either this Saturday the 17th or Saturday the 31st, (can't miss Musclepalooza), to see what the engine can do.

I have posted this info before but as a memory jogger the engine is a 69 440HP block that is 50 over and had the deck squared. K1 Industries 4.25" crank with 2.2" main journals, SCAT 7.1" rods, and custom thermal coated Diamond Pistons at zero deck. Indy EZ heads with HS Rockers worked by Dwayne Porter. Street Dominator Intake ported and gasket matched. (there was a lot of core shift on the intake manifold). Holley 950 Ultra HP Carb. Lifters are Isky Red Zones with the EZ Roll Upgrade. TTI 2" headers with 3" exhaust. Going in a 68 Charger R/T with 18 spline 4spd and Dana 60 with 3.54s. Engine should make low 600s in hp and torque.

Cam is a solid roller, custom grind from Dan Costello of Performance Only Racing in FL.

Hi Andy, looks like you have a fun day planned ahead !  :2thumbs:

That combo should make 600/600 easy....no problem  ;)

Don't bother bringing the TTI's because they are so tight that they won't clear the fixture on Dwayne's dyno. We tried to fit them when we had mine on the Superflow and it was a no-go. Dwayne has a set of 2in supercomps that are allready clearanced for the angled plugs...we used them on mine.  :yesnod:

Make sure you get some video. Can't wait to see the numbers on this build  :icon_smile_cool:
