For those that are interested....

The owner has moved and in the process may have lost his way back to the forum. There has been progress on the Charger since he last posted. Here are a few progress pics that run through fall of 2017.

Lets start out By Apologizing to everyone following this thread, life has gotten in the way (Again) and changed everything around. The car is at a resto shop at present and project hopefully is on temporary hold.. During this restoration I have met several good people and one that I will never forget. Mike Genna was the 3rd owner of the car. and when he found out I had the car and was restoring it he travelled in to see it.. we became good friends and reminiced for hours about the "old days' sharing racing stories and hot rodding on dirt roads. He told me about some of the strange finds about the car.. ( White paint in wheel wells, auto transmission in a 4 speed car).

Sadly Mike passed away yesterday, I will forever miss him and am heartbroken that I could not get the Charger done before he passed.. I really wanted the pic of him at the wheel again..

My condolences on the loss of your friend.  Hopefully in time, thoughts of that friendship and those stories will inspire you to complete the car at some point.  I am sure he will be along with you in spirit for the first ride.
