By now I have seen the Iphone just with GSM technologies... does exist also with CDMA ?

It does exist with CDMA as well.  ATT is currently using CDMA and the IPHONE is an ATT product.
This is coming from a Verizon Wireless technician who happens to be my best friend and is standing here right now answering this question.
