3 speed wiper wiring colors for 68 charger? I have a problem :(

I'm testing out various parts of my electrical system before putting everything back together.

I'm playing around with the 3 speed wiper switch and it's really acting weird. It's very sluggish, the there are only 2 speeds (one looking like it's going backwards) and "off" is in the wrong place.

I checked the connections on the firewall side and I have the correct colors in the correct locations per the wiring diagram in the service manual.

However, when I compare the diagram to the wiring on the back of the switch, it's different. I'm using a new harness from Year One.

Everything has been good so far, but this is strange. Does anyone have a working 3 speed wiper that could tell me what the correct wiring looks like?
