Hi Guys

On my '72 I have what I think is the stock radiator with part #3574614 (also has #38086) but the shroud I got from Mancini doesn't fit, looks like it needs 4 bolts on the back side to bolt on:

- Is a '72 ralley 400HP w/o air supposed to have a shroud?
- Is that the correct radiator
- In the paddock catalog I saw a "universal" shroud which was really just a piece of thin flexable metal...would that work? seems like it would only concentrate the fan air on a small part of the radiator as opposed to the whole thing like with other factory shrouds
- Any other ideas???

Thanks!

how many bolts does you radiator take .. ..i'm guessing  3 one sind 2 the other

I'm pretty sure it's 4...two top two bottom (I'm not hom right now)

You should have a fan shroud regardless if you have A/C or not. My 71 didn't have one and I always had cooling problems duing the summer. Problem went away after I put the shroud on.
Sounds like the mount brackets on your radiator doesn't wrap around the back to attach the shroud. I don't think that radiator belongs in that car.
The radiator you need is 3692947 without A/C. Core measures 28 inches wide. The shroud you would need for that one is 3673819.

Thanks 74...I guess the question is now where to find those items?

Here's a few more shots if that helps of my radiator if that helps?...perhaps I can just make some brackets??
