I know this car has been talked about before. But just WOW! 604 lb-ft of torque :drool5: I'd LOVE to have this car. And I'm not huge on Vettes.

This car has more horsepower than the 6.0-liter V12 in the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is rated at 620 hp and 448 lb-ft.

-- The 6.5-liter V12 in the Lamborghini Murcielago is rated at 580 hp and 650 lb-ft.

-- The turbocharged 3.6-liter flat six-cylinder engine in the Porsche 911 GT2 is rated at 530 hp and 505 lb-ft.

Check out the video of the car at speed. Very cool :yesnod:

Wow! Every time he looked down at the digital readout I got a little nervous. At 200 mph a split second distraction could be a disaster. I don't know who has the bigger set of nads, the guy driving or the passenger.

Looks like more than 20*, maybe even 35*? Reminds me of Talladega...

Anyone else noticed he signaled his turn from the right lane to the left? Thought that was kinda humorous since he's goin' over a hunderd :smilielol: .

IIRC the Nissan is actually right around $70K, so not exactly half the price.  ;)

No matter, in real time driving, I'd take the Nissan for the long haul.

The Vette is definitely one sweet machine though.

Now thats badass. I've driven 164 mph in a '06 Ford GT40. With two more gears to go, if we had the room, I would have opened it up all the way.

The little Datsun that could slew the Porsche Carrera GT, the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, the Bugatti Veyron, the Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren, the Koenigsegg CCR and the Pagani Zonda.

Granted it looks like the 7:15 is for an Evo version of the GTR, but it really just brings the GTR into line with the special edition nature of the ZR1.

And yes, the posted Vette #s are for a Z06, but you can still have the ZR1 Vette (which BTW seems to be posting 7:40 times).  :nana:
