It's Been a While!

I used to do this often, and as the title of the thread says, it's been a while.  For the newer members that haven't seen these, I used to take photos from my travels and others would try and guess where I was.

Although I am away from the office this week, the attached photo is from another trip earlier this month.  I did not take any photos of the city or landscape, so this time it's a bit different.

I was with some clients out for dinner and some guy walked in.  If I was paying closer attention, I may have recognized him but....

The fellas I was with knew right away who it was so I snapped a photo with my phone.

Any guesses who it is?

Can you lighten the picture at all?

BIGFOOT!! :boogie: Did you ask him what he did with the mod top Daytona? :D

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Dog the Bounty Hunter or the dad from American Chopper?

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

The Kid

Yep, it's definitely Paul SR.

Where did you see him?

472 R/T SE

Arms look smallish for SR. but the face has similar features and looks like an Orange County t-shirt.  Who's he talkin' to...JR?

:shruggy:  Too small to be Paul Sr.

Kenny Rogers?  :slap:

Hi everyone - thanks for taking the time to respond.  Sorry for the dealy in getting back here as I was busy all day yesterday.

Anyways, it was the guy from American Chopper, I'll go with name Paul as I am not 100% sure but it sounds about right.

One of the fellas I was with said his son was a big fan of the show so I asked if I could get a photo of him with my buddy - he said no!  He did say that his reasoning was that once the photos start, they don't stop.  I could understand but.....

After dinner we were leaving the restaurant and saw him leaving, I asked once again for a photo and he said "make it quick".  Pardon the grainy photos but.......

Here you go superblu72

Another  for the person who can guess where we were.

I believe the 1902 behind Paul's head would denote the year it was established.

Here you go Mike

If anyone ever gets a chance to go there for dinner - do so!

The shrimp cocktail is so spicy that it'll clean your sinuses for a few days!  The steaks are also fantastic.

Paul Sr. is supposedly at the almost sister in law's new restaurant in New Paltz right now.   She emailed me that he had a 7pm reservation.
