They changed the law today so emmissions testing is no longer required for cars 1968 and newer. It's been bumped up to 1996 and newer!

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

They don't test anything in my area.

With the way this state is on other regulations it does surprise me that they loosened up the requirements.
