Tach Meter wiring grommet

Hi everyone,

  I have a 68 Charger with a TicToc. I don't know where the grey wire access hole would be. There are 2 holes on my firewall, 1 is oval shaped and the other round. The grommet for the wire is round so where does the speedo cable go? Please help. Thanks

the hole is probably just a dimple unless you have a factory tach car.  The dimple is located about 3" lower than your headlight hose hole, and an inch up and to the right from the firewall pad peg hole.  I have all the notes at home for how big the hole has to be, but i'm at work...  The hole was drilled (and not cleanly) only if your car is coded for a tach.

As stated there will be a dimple in the firewall to denote the stock location of where the grommet hole should be drilled.......
