77 440 cast or forged?

is it possible that some 77 440's came witha forged crank (motorhome or truck)....

All of the '77 and '78 motorhome 440's that I've dealt with had cast cranks; that's not to say there were no forged cranks but I would expect to see them in standard shift rigs.

As far as I know they are all cast, but its always wishful thinking.... :cheers:
