filler neck question

installed gas tank last night i noticed on the filler neck there is a smaller line that runs from the top of the filler neck down the side of it im assuming its some  sort of vent but where does it hook up too since i replaced the trunk floor there is no way of knowing if and where the hole was for this line and on the new tank there isnt a place for it to go to ..... im stumped anyone have a pic of where this line runs too?

thanks i see where it goes thru the floor but where does it go underneath?

No where.....it vents inside the rear frame rail.....
