Jeff,

Sorry to hear about this.  I guess. I am glad I was waiting to hear about your expericence...... NOT GOOD.  I hope you can get something out of them.

Just trying to get the word out on them. Its a shame that apparent MOPAR people would do this to another.

SnoPro440

I paid for a complete painted 68 grille back in January.  I decided these A-holes were never going to send the grille or my money.   Well, after 9 months, I came home from work and there was a box sitting by my front door.  I finally received the center.  Nothing else though.  They still owe me the buckets and headlight doors.  FCUK that place.

I really have no interest in the grille anymore as its been over 6 months. I will get a refund sooner or later.

Premier Plastic Reproductions runs a SCAM!!!  They took me for $496 don't let them take YOU... PASS the WORD.

I still don't have mine yet.  I paid back in January. I have been asking for a refund for the past 3 months and they will not respond. It's really pissing me off.

Here is a link to their site http://stores.premierplasticreproductions.com/StoreFront.bok

Here is a link to Collin County Justices of the Peace so you can file in small claims court to get your money back http://www.co.collin.tx.us/justices_peace/civil.jsp

Here is a link to the Texas Attorney General so you can file with them too  https://www.oag.state.tx.us/index.shtml

And here is one to the McKinney Police Dept  http://www.mckinneypolice.org/frameset.asp?aid=144

Do you have to appear if you take them to small claims court??Kinda tough being in North Dakota.

PREMIER PLASTIC REPRODUCTION TOOK ME FOR $496 Don't send them $$ its a scam...

Hey OLD MOPARZ , not to change the subject here but, that video of the pigeon beating up that old man is hilarious. :smilielol:

I completely agree with Mike at BEA, once a company makes a part be it correct or not, If it's cheaper it sells. And if it has problems typically this doesn't become apparent until sometime later. The problem is even after it's found it the quality sucks. It usually kills the chances of another company tooling up to do a correct product as themarket just will not bear the costs of 2 ( or more) companies making the same thing

Any other members still waiting on Pemier Plastic reproduction orders please email me at moparphilll@aol.com I  am getting a list togather.

Hey Gents.  Long time no see.

I really can't comment on what I know since I signed a confidentiality agreement (which I never got a copy of), but I know alot.

I feel partly to blame because I can't say anything.

I will be filing several FELONY criminal complaints myself in the next week.  I went by the address in McKinney today, and there is no such address.  There is a huge building frame there w/ some construction trailers in a lot labeled 3507 or something to that effect...

There was talk about moving the "company" back to Fresno, Ca or Arkansas (probably just smoke and mirrors).

Hey Trav, sorry about the grille.  I don't know what his problem is.  I'll get ahold of them somehow and get it back.  Anyone have a current address?  Other than the McKinney one?

You may want to try the email addresses listed here (to retrieve products you have paid for)?:

And to go with that:

(he's gonna need that where he's going).

Here's a pic of his home:

It is house on LEFT (one w/ Hummer, GT Mustang, and Black Charger in garage).  Nice cars.

It's really not a bad place (1/2 the size of the Rockwall, Tx Mansion he HAD):

I would have thought he would have learned his lesson and would quit buying HUGE homes, but this guy is a ROCK.  For half the price he could've got a nice place, but noooooo...  He had to go get in a jam again and now he's doing it on YOUR money.  Brilliant.

I've gotten tons of responses, and I'm going to try to get your people's stuff straightened-out.  I can't go see him because I fear he'd set me up, but we'll just work something out.

I have gotten legal advice from a friend's lawyer, and I have to watch what I say...  I just can't release secrets about what his business processes WERE.  Now about all the recent problems, I have asked about helping you folks, and needless to say: I'm on it.

Steve Sexton is a compulsive liar and sack of sCat.  I know he is reading this since he took down the "sex toy" business so quickly.  To think that he was allowed to attach my good name to his rotten company makes me sick.  The stuff he has done is DEPLORABLE.  As far as my "confidentiality agreement" I was told that illegal activity is "Fair Game" to disclose, and is public domain.

He lured me to move my LIFE from Ca. to Tx, w/ false promises of a good job, then once he had me at his MERCY he lowered my wages, and stole from me.  I had spent $4,000 for my moves.  When I found out he was STEALING my child support (deducting it, but not paying it), I left.  I should have left much sooner (but so many people were counting on me making a good life out in Tx).  I JUST found out last month that the few checks he sent to child support BOUNCED, and my ex doesn't get money for OCT, NOV, AND DEC.  So now, I have to re-pay his bounced checks, and give her enough money to get by (take care of my kid).

This guy is highly delusional and is a habitual liar.  I don't know why his wife stays with him since he is so abusive to her.

This guy once sold a set of KITT rims for a T/A for over a GRAND on eBay, then since the guy was in Europe, he simply never sent them.  That should have been my first clue.

THEN, I pick him up an investment $11k '69 500 (I closed a deal offering more than the guy wanted), and STEVE SEXTON goes in half w/ one of his employees Ron (who spent his entire retirement on Steve sucking-off of him).  The car was purchased as part of Ron investing in the company, so it's purchase and then theft, constitutes embezzlement.

Ron is the kind of guy who purchased $700 aprox. of plastic for Steve when Steve was too broke to afford it to fill his orders, and then Steve never mentions it again.

After car is purchased, and his employee (Ron) went home to Ca to get his belongings, Steve SELLS the C500 on eBay for 30k and keeps EVERY dime.  I was threatened by a confidentiality agreement and my job if I say anything to my co-worker.  Well that was a BAD spot since it was UNLAWFUL EMBEZZLEMENT and I refused to be complicit in any such thing, I TELL my co-worker what happened. The co-worker almost has a heart attack (think he had a mild one) that his $15k is gone (Literally grasps/digs at his chest).  Steve kept offering me money as a bribe. but I refused to take a dime as I knew the criminal case was starting.
C500 in the Rockwall, Tx Mansion (who I was told by new owner was a forclosed home):

I am told that this guy will do A LOT OF TIME.  I hear the law in Tx is STIFF.  I can't say that I feel sorry for him.  I wonder if he can afford a lawyer?  lol  Well looks like the 2nd home will go into foreclosure too (if that new owner was right)... lol  What a maroon.....

How much time do you guys from Tx think he'll get?

Bobs69

Who knows how much time hel'll get............but I bet you're hoping he'll get at least one stiff(y) in the pen!

Rolling_Thunder

TX is a rough state on things like this...     embezzelment, fraud, ect...        likely he will get a choice to plea-bargain but even then...     if the evidence is that staggering he will be given the chance to Plea down to something still not fun for him

Exaaactly.  He only took me for $700 ish, but I guarantee if it was anything over a grand I would have physically taken it.

If it were 6 grand, well that is a completely different story.  There are certain "Steps" that would have to be taken.  So I wouldn't be culpable I may hire a professional "collection agent". They sometimes charge the owing party up to 50% MORE than originally owed, and believe me I hear debtors WANT to pay once they get a visit from people like this.

I did go by the house in McKinney, and it looked like the house was empty (big surprise there).  I came to collect Travis' grille that they PROMISED to UPS back to him.  Now when it comes to stuff that is owed to my friends (that I have vouched for), I have to make the "collection effort".  The dude lied to my face.

However, TRUST ME the guys I have talked to on the phone that were out money were planning trips over to Dallas soon because Law Enforcement didn't want to deal w/ anything in the begining, but now that so many people are getting ripped-off they have looked at things again...  You just can't go around ripping this many people off, and not have to "Pay the Piper".

Ooooops...  (Somebody got locked-out)...

A Charger? Is that the final resting place of Travis' grill or are we talking '06+ Charger?

This guy is complete scum and I hope he gets what he's got coming to him and then some. I also hope everyone
gets some sort of fair restitution and I especially hope Travis gets his grill back in one piece. I'm not too confident
that any of the above will happen to any large degree, however. I guess time will tell.

Charger Aficionado, I admire your fortitude in coming back here to tell us this news. Your reputation has suffered,
perhaps permanently, because of your past affiliation with this guy and I'm sure there are those who will always
refuse to trust anything you say. Even though I've never dealt with you I too have a problem trusting you to some
degree because of what has transpired and how you continued to defend the guy despite several obvious red flags
that were raised over the past few years. Now that you are leading the attack on this crook it speaks volumes toward the mending of your reputation but that still won't be enough for some. All I can say now is be patient with people, especially those who lost money to this guy. You might very well be the one they vent on.

I forget now but didn't this guy run an ad or get a new products blurb or something in MCG as well?  If so, then they need to run an advisory too.

They won't say crap as long as the ads were paid for. (With grille order money no doubt)

That lock box on the door handle in the pic looks like a realtor lock box.  Almost makes me think that either the house is for sale or they had that on the door for medical emergencies for the EMS or police.  My grandmother had one on her door in case of an emergency, the police didnt have to break down the door to get in as it held a key inside once you put in the correct code.

Well I had good intentions.  I was interested in promoting new products being made.  I don't recall any other issue other than slow shipping when I was working for him.  This is obviously an more prevalent issue since I left.  As far as the evidence here I can tell he started totally defaulting on shipments in the end of 2007 beginning of 2008.

I worked there for the first few months of 2007 and again all I knew of was slow ship dates.  Would you care to elaborate?  I'm not "tracking" with you.  When I was there he had a dry erase board w/ people's names and ship dates ect.  Only red flag was in the last month, the pay, the bad car deal, and then his comment about how he robbed the guy of the purchased wheels.  I went back home, and was in a bad wreck, so I have been off of the site forever.

I really don't have plans to buy/sell Chargers anymore, so that isn't a worry.  But I do care what people think about me, and I know all a man is; is his word.  As SOON as I got wind that this guy was "Dirty", I got GONE.
