question for ATV racers, Nacs?

I stopped riding a few years back but I remember Nac's Racing being a big name in aftermarket racing parts. I was on the collar city auction sight today and saw this on there upcoming schedule. Anyone know what happened to this company. They were around for a long time. An empoyee of theres was supoose to be taking it over as of a couple years ago. Guess he didnt do to well.

I dont' race.  I don't ride.  I have friends that ride. But Nac's is just a few miles away.  I've never even been inside tho.

There's some nice tools I could use but that's Rhinebeck weekend over at the fairgrounds. 

Haven't heard what the deal is.  Things are getting tough all over.
