I don't know, but they look very very close.

Is this car QQ1 and/or B5?

It could be the brand of paint but I had my 68 QQ1 next to a B5 car and they were very close but my QQ1 was just a shade lighter.

I have seen hundreds of 68's that people call B5 blue, there was no B5 Blue in 68. I have a QQ1 68 Charger. A friend of mine
bought a QQ1 Blue 68 Roadrunner brand new, sold it after 4yrs for more of a family car. He bought another QQ1 Blue
Roadrunner 4yrs ago, but it was painted B5 blue, and it drove him crazy, so he stripped down an OK new B5 paint job down,
and had it redone correctly, QQ1 is a lighter blue/brighter blue, if you paint it a correct mix QQ1 color.

Yes the light plays a factor, but that seems to be the case with just about any color.

It is very hard to tell the difference in pictures..........
