The Loch Ness Charger (a 70 teaser)

Each one of us have a Loch Ness Charger in their area and some have many, here is one that I heard about today.  It's a 1970 Charger RT, 440 Six Pack, four speed, bench seat, Hemi Orange with white Bumblebee stripe.
Is it real?  I don't know yet, but Chris, I sure do intend to find out.  The info comes from a friend who appraised the car and says it's legit.  I have never seen the car and he says it's a project.  I have a last name and rough location.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of people in that locale with the same last name.  We'll see what turns up.

 A '68 triple black Charger 440, slight damage in rear, owned by an older guy who passed away, now in the hands of the family. I heard it was a '68 Charger from others, and the guy who built the 440 for the car is who told me about it first, and I then got the name and other information, so it seems legit. The son in law simply refered to it as "an old black dodge car" and told me that he did think he remembered hidden headlights and that he will contact me once they get to going through the stuff in the storage building it's in.
