What would cause the hood to sit up in the back after it is shut? thanks for any help

the hinges are either worn or out of adjustment,or somthing is in the way .  :Twocents:
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

When's the last time you hit the hood hinges with some WD-40?

I got it fixed I switched 1 out would have been two but the other one was bent,  Drive side still dosnt shut quite right and soaked them both in WD40
