IIRC there's a member here from Houston (Dave?) with pretty much that exact color combo, but on a '68.  :coolgleamA:

I really like silver with a red gut and black top though. :yesnod:

Johnny SixPack

Yeah, you know. ;)

How's the Hemi car doing?

My '70 is out and about again, but I'll still dealing with issues from when it was @ Tim's shop. :brickwall:
I guess that's just how things happen though. :scratchchin:
I'll chalk it up to being too trusting and naive. :slap:

Hey, there's a car show in Dayton this weekend.
You should come out if you can. :2thumbs:

I'm game for Boerne.

Back to the topic at hand.... :2thumbs:

Yeah, I knew that very car when Jean-guy Dionne had it in Saint John, New Brunswick.
I first saw it at his bodyshop, when he very lightly sanded the original paint and clear-coated right over it. Did a very nice job too.
It was at numerous car shows in New Brunswick while I lived there as well.
I must have a thousand pictures of it.

In Mustang lingo, that's "porno red". :D
I like it, though. Wouldn't mind owning that one bit.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I love the Malcom's Daytona done up in that trim.  Quite a piece of machinery

Kevin68N71

You're talking to a guy who has a white 71 Super Bee with black stripe, (originally) a green vinyl top, and an all green vinyl interior.

Any comment I make about colors doesn't mean much, but I'll say it, I like the oddball stuff!

In high school a guy I knew had some sort of factory yellow plaid inserts in his Camaro seats!

And then there is the Mopar floral vinyl tops and interiors....OK I'll stop.

Do I have the last, operational Popcar Spacemobile?

TruckDriver

I like that! I LOVE red interiours too! :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:

Maybe Runninhorn hacked both accounts? Hmmm...  :scratchchin: :P

But seriously, red interior and silver paint were the only things (and I mean only things) I had wish they had kept in 1970.

:drool5: A4 red interior & a black top .awesome color combo :yesnod:

I agree, Silver with Red interiors are cool.

Here's a tag I saved off of Ebay, Silver with Red interior '69 GTX 4 speed car.  Sat for 30 years in Minnesota with the windows broke out, what wasn't missing was rusted or dented.
