Dashboard Air Vent Removal

I'm trying to take the side air vents out of my dashboard before cleaning it up.  However, I noticed there's a small pin in the vent adjust knob that holds the assembly in place.  How do I remove it?



Whether or not I'm good at English is inimportant!

Its a small Allen head set screw.....
