What car is Vin Diesel driving at the end of this movie? The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift

I cannot tell what this car is... does anyone know?

Vinne's coming back for F&F#4, and there's gonna be another Charger too. 

No word yet on whether or not the next Charger survives any better that his last one did.

There was an episode of Rides which featured the build for the Hammer.   It was pushed into SEMA cause it didn't run.  Here's a couple other links about it.

I tried to find a link to the Rides show but can't...  and while searching I just found out that Overhaulin was cancelled also.
