I don't know why I need another one but this is the last one Dam it!   

Guy calls me at work, said he has a 69 Charger on craigslist. I must have emailed him some time ago, because I don't remember what Charger it was.

So I drive over there and check it out; XP29H9 Auto console car. He said it ran B4 he pulled the engine. (1967 440) is disassembled but all there.

What color is A4 anyways?  Black interior, P/B P/S A/C  383 Magnum 727.

I don't know what he is talking about (this is a very rare engine /block # 25364307) w/ the rare hp heads (head # 2780915).
915 heads are not very rare.

The interior is very nice, new seat covers front and back. Nice dash, am/fm factory radio w/rear speaker fade.
Frame rails are ok, mostly surface rust. Rear window rot, needs 1/4s, 11' drums. Body work is bad, paints gone.

Why does he state the color was orig green?  The tag info you posted matches the VIN of the car correct?

FWIW the 915 heads are pretty rare since it was a one year only head (1967) and if they are the HP head with the bigger exh valve they are worth more as well....

To him the engine bay looks green, that is why he said it was green. The old silver paint has changed to a dull gray IMO. Yes the tag matches.
I'll look at the body numbers just to make sure.

Yeah, I don't know why all the cool colored Chargers land on my front door.  Somebody loves me.
The guy just called me out of the blue too, I just can't believe it.

I really hope I can keep it, time will tell, maybe it was ment to be mine. 

I'm going over there to pay for it, I'll snap some pics tonight.
