I have been searching the site for over an hour and haven't found exactly what I want.  I am trying to choose between a 15x8 magnum 500 (4.5" BS) or a 15x10 Magnum 500 (5" BS), both running a 295/50R15 tire for the rear of my 69.  I am going with 245/60R15' s on 15x7 magnum 500 (4.25" BS) for the front.  Would you guys do me the huge favor of posting some pics of 2nd gens running either setup.  I have seen many 15x8 with 275/60R15's but none with 295's.

Thanks

suntech

why not 8x 15, with 4,5 BS up front, and 10x15, with 4,5 - 5 BS rear?? you need 10´s to run 295´s, and then use 245 up front. :shruggy:
Since we only live once, and all this is not just a dressed rehearsal, but the real thing............ Well, enjoy it!!!!

Check out the "got a pic of your charger" thread at the top, there's loads of folks running 295/50s.  Mine's at the bottom of page 72 with the black steelies.

F-235/60 15x7 3 5/8 b.s.
R-295/50 15x8 4 1/2 b.s.

You don't need 10" wheels to run 295s in the back...mine are 15x8.5

I've used 295/50's on 8" rims alot of times.....never a problem....

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

It was a somewhat rare option available for 67 Chargers. I say rare because there were less than "13,000" 1967's Chargers produced, and only a handful of those were White Hat Specials (Vinyl Tops). 1966 had an aftermarket top you could get dealer installed, but it didn't look the same.

I ordered the rims from wheel vintiques ph#(559)-251-6957 back in 2003.  They are magnum 500,  front 15x7 with a 4 1/4 back spacing if had it
to do over again i would of went with 4" bs so i could have full adjustment of my torsion bars without comming close to touching my steering linkage.
Tires are mickey thompsons indy profile F70-15 from summit racing part #MTT-1052.

Back are 15x10 with 5" bs. tires mickey thompson indy profile H50-15 from summit racing part#MTT-1074.

wheel vintiques can make any width with what ever back spacing you want.   You can use my spacing but I would still measure out your car to make sure
they fit.  the first comment I get on my car is how bad it sounds, Second is the paint, third my tire and rim combo.  It does look tough in the pics
but even tougher in person.
