I bought a project  74 Charger , and after removing the lug nuts the front wheel won't come off. I sprayed penetrant between the wheel and rotor with no luck.   How do I remove the center cap?   what could be the problem?  both front wheels are stuck. I haven't tried the rears yet.   Thanks

The magnum center cap are held on by two screws installed from the back.

Man, that sucks about the caps only being able to be removed once the wheel is off!

Had this problem with my back wheel, rusted on pretty good. I used a 3 prong puller to get it off, which you could do if you didn't mind destroying your center caps. Try letting it soak with PB Blaster for a few days then get under there and kick the shit out of it. This is what we did on my friend's Sport Fury and it worked well.

Leave the lugnuts a little loose and take it for a short slow drive, do a couple of tight figure 8's and the wheel should break loose.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
