Correct colour for 71 R/T tail lights

G'day guys,

just wondering what the correct silver color is on the 71 R/T lights. Is it that dark argent, and if it is, is that close to anything else because I don't think they sell it here in Australia and there's no other cars to look at.

Hi Nacho,

those pictures are a great guide - I actually have them from when you posted them on the 71-74 forum.

But what is the actual colour name of the paint treatment ? Or is it close enough just to do them silver ? I can't see any in person and it looks like they have a darker grey in the paint.

check the top image I posted... there are the differences about when is totally black and when is silver/gray/black

about the gray shade...really dunno the correct shade or name, sorry Pete
