does anyone know if you can use the factory booster and master cylinder from a car with factory power drum front brakes if you want to change over to disc brakes? thanks!!

You would have to put a different master cylinder on, one specific for disc brakes.  Drum brakes had equal reservoirs while disc brakes had one reservoir larger than the other to compensate for disc brake pad wear and the piston taking up some additinal brake fluild when the pads wore down.
