Can anyone decipher a reman tag?

I found a reman tag for a Chrysler engine but there is little else I know about it.  I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what it came off of?  It's circular, about 2 inches diameter and says "Chrysler authorized remanufactured on the outer rim.
Inside it says Ontario reman-Toronto Ontario.  Model number CR10139  4868.  Mains-25.  Rods-25.  Bore-50.

Any ideas?

Check with a dealer that's been around for a while and see if they have an old reman catalog.It will list part numbers for the items they rebuild.
