Stupid computer question

I accidentally deleted the recycle bin icon, from my desktop.  Is there a way of restoring it?  I have Vista.

Try this: Click on......

Start,   Settings,   Control Panel,   Personalization,  and in the upper left is "Change Desktop Icons"......try in there first....

I know there's a way....I will try and find it if nobody beats me to it....

Vista Sucks......but what do ya do.......

The first thing I'd do right now if I bought a new computer, would be to wipe the hard drive and install windows XP Professional like my dad did with his new one.

Or you could just buy one with XP installed...

I haven't had any issues with Vista yet but my step dad just ordered a new computer and I made sure he got XP.

Ive been running Vista on my new laptop and my new gaming computer without a single problem to date except not being able to install a 10 year old game lol!

Have to agree, Vista sucks, in alot of ways.  I can't find anything.  I finally found the defragger, but still can't find the scan disk.  Or, where it stores cookies. I hate it's start menu.  My desk top is win98 and everything is so easy to find.  As far as changing the lap top to another OS.  Hell, I'm good at turning them on and off.  Hate to see what I'd do trying to change an OS. Instant junk!
