Need to title a 70 charger

I have a 70 charger that I was going to part out, but the old lady now wants one of her own. I don't have a title for it. Can any body tell me the easiest way to do this with the least amount of grief. Thanks, Drifter

Those title companies won't work in Wisconsin as the DMV flags them.

Many other states are catching on to those companies also.
