I was in Las Vegas a couple of weeks back and there was an exhibition for the film industry at the Paris Hotel called Show West.  This is where theatre owners come to preview films and bid on which ones they want to show in their theatre's.  I snapped some photos figuring you folks would like to see them.

Cool! Good stuff for us movie buffs to look forward to, well, some of it. I won a Prince Caspian poster at a Boy Scout fundraiser auction and then promptly gave it away to some friends. The Happening looks like it could be a good sci-fi judging from the poster and Wahlberg usually picks pretty good scripts to work from. Of course Indy is a no-brainer. I doubt they can match the first one but we'll see. I saw a teaser trailer in the theater for Iron Man and wasn't real impressed but it might be ok. Anyway, thanks for the heads up Shakey. :nana:

DeNiro and Pacino should be interesting. The car looks like it could be based on 'vette maybe?
Nothing personal, just business

Not trying to be overly negative here, but most of those look pretty lame. :eek2:

007 will be great, of course, probably Inadiana Jones & Narnia too. My Wife will want to see Sex & the City, she's a fan.
Ironman & Speed Racer may be ok, along with Deniro & Pacino's film. The Happening looks good from the one preview I saw recently.

The rest? Other than the obvious little kid flicks...WOOF!  (maybe I'm just getting old & crochety? :shruggy: )
Anyhoo, thanks for posting the pics, it looks like it would have been kinda cool to see. :)

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I always wondered where they got the idea for the new bat cycle...

I'm sorry, but Speed Racer looks stupid. I loved the cartoon, but the previews for the movie looked pretty lame.

Just 6T9 CHGR

They have a Speed Racer car at the NY Auto Show this week as well....
