Craigslist scam

I saw this ad on craigslist for a really nice Kubota tractor and a really good price so I did a search on Google to find out what it really is worth and found that the guy is advertising this on craiglist all over the country in different cities.
Anyway I emailed the guy and this was his response...
"Hello there,
This tractor is in great condition and runs great. I'm selling it cause my platoon will be send back to Iraq and don't want it gets old in my backyard. It's still available for sale if interested, price as stated in the ad US $3500. I'm in Midland, TX, in case it gets sold I will take care of shipping. I believe it's a large transaction and would like to conduct the deal using an authorized third party as eBay, so that should eliminate any trust issues. So, if you are a serious buyer and still interested in this tractor please reply with your full name and shipping address. I will forward your infos to ebay and they will notify you regarding our deal.
Hope to hear from you soon so we get things rolling."

I highlighted the things that stuck out to me. I just wanted people to be aware that there is nothing these Nigerians won't do to scam us.

I agree....next he will state - I will send you 2500 also then deposit that in your account and send some shipper that money to cover  the free shipping then I will reimburse you ...bla bla bla.
