Hey there,

               I'm currently restoring a 1969 R/T SE.
This car will be immaculately restored back to showroom condition.  I have decrypted the fender tag, and it tells me that the car was the  factory T7 paint, with the 'upper door frames' painted T3.
I'm having some trouble working out exactly which part of the door is supposed to be painted the different colour.

Can anyone assist me by posting photos of doors painted correctly so I know what to mask off?

Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks!

Troy

I went looking for my pictures but I don't think I have any online. It's not an exact science though. Here's a few other threads that may help:

FYI - the door frames are painted to match the interior color. You shouldn't be able to see the exterior color with the door closed so the area at the bottom of the door is one place where it's obvious.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.
