Alright guys - I got an opportunity to purchase a Kimber TLE II in Stainless...       My buddy owes me a favor (he works at an FFL) and he said he has a TLE that he can sell to me for $300. It is brand new, never opened case.

So - I know LAPD Swat carries the TLE - but does anyone have any experience with Kimber handguns ?  if so would it be worth the $300 ???

I too was trained Sigs, the 226 and 229 to be precise. I wouldn't mind a good kimber though!

At that price I'd be cautious - your "friend" may have lifted it from inventory.

sick dawg

Good deal if your friend is for real on his price. :popcrn:

Nah - What he is doing is working off the balance of the price for his owner. Plus I think Army Rangers are a little more honorable than that.

That really sounds like a good deal. I have no experience with that brand but that's close to what I paid for my .40 cal Ruger P94 about 10 years ago. I may have paid a little less but it was real close to $300.

HITMAN 149
