Transmission in neutral still pulling?

With my car raised up a bit with rear wheels off the ground the transmission appears to want to turn the driveshaft even in neutral.  I'm currently filling the transmission with fluid so I've got the motor running in neutral.   Is it common to get a bit of this.  One other thing, I overfilled the transmission a bit and have now drained it back down.  The car was never driven like this.

I think that's normal.

Yep, perfectly normal, the fluid between the released clutches will create enough friction to cause a "windmill" effect.
