Those aren't a problem.  Chrysler used the same headlight door motor from 1970 until 1980. Check the local salvage yards that have older vehicles or there's always ebay.

For the rod you need to find a couple of 87-92 LeBaron coupes or convertables.  The rod they used is the same, just a little shorter.  Weld two together to get the right length.
