If you live or are looking for a body shop in the freehold area , dont deal with this shop.
Perfect touch auto resto.  they were also known as first class auto resto. Owner is Victor Decker jr.
If you dont believe me i can put you in touch with my attorney and he will provide you with information and documents to prove it.
There are many people who i have met who got the same problems with his "work" . i know it sounds like sour grapes but it is not. i won a judgment for over 16,000  for work and damage to my car done by this guy.
all  i want to do now is inform people who love the hobby as much as i do  to stay away or do your home work . so you wont be burned as i was .

I have a 67 rs camaro  i had sent it to first class auto in freehold/ howell . to have it taken down to bare metal and have the metal work done . the owner Vic came to my house to look at the car before work began.
the car was in the garage on a lift with plenty of light . he gave me a price and i said ok. gave him a nice deposit he took the car . i would stop by to see progress  and how it was going . he told me he replaced and did metal patch around the wheel well openings , replaced the floor pan . when i asked why the car was not bare metal , i was told no need to do it . I was a little  annoyed at this, but waited to see what else was going to be done . a few months passed and when i drove past the shop there was my car under 6" of snow ( the car had never seen rain , snow or anything before . I called the following day to ask why my car was out side . and i was told it would be taken in today . A week later and my car was outside still only with a painters drop cloth on it . i told him i wanted it inside as agreed on in the contract.  It was inside finally after along time outside , but now he needed more money for paint .  I like an idiot gave him some more money hoping to get the car done . a month or so goes by and i get a phone call from Vic. ( the owner) " i need money to buy paint supplies " I said i gave you money for paint already and i dont think you have done as much work into the car as you claim . at this point he tells me if i dont like it to come get my F---ing car out of his shop.
i had some choice words for him in return ,  i than went with a flatbed and box truck with 2 freehold township police to pick up my car and parts before he could steal or destroy them . i found my new hood , radiator support fenders and other parts frozen in the mud behind his shop. loaded the trucks and left , once the car was home i took alot of pics , and started to grind away his work areas .

I found 1" + of bondo over tacked in place patch panels on top of rusted panels , body lines were filled in . i took more photos , than called my attorney . long story shot .
i won in court for damages and won on the consumer fraud act . after no payment was made to me, his attorney asked what will it take to settle this . i agreed on a smaller sum paid over time . i got 3 small payments than it stopped . i see now that he is no longer first class auto . but  perfect touch auto. advertising in the asbury park press . I since have had the camaro finished and won some shows , it is beautiful . no thanks to him . all the work he did was cut away and done to perfection . the car is really really nice . every nut and bolt was done . it cost alot of time and money but now it shows . since showing the car and talking to people in the car community , a few of us have something in common . we were screwed by Victor Decker , i can think of 7 people at least  that i have met and shared horror stories with who had very similar problems . it seems that i was the only one lucky enough to win a judgement against him . I have no problem telling this story to anyone i can so they dont get screwed . and i will keep doing it until he stops this half ass  resto work. there are alot more details ,about this guy but i would be typing all night , so i will end it here . believe me it is not sour grapes . i work hard for my money everyday and dont like being lied to or robbed from , im in a line of business where i deal with homeowners and contractors and i could not do that type of work , i would be out of work or dead . i dont know how he keeps going . i guess changing names and locations is one way...

This is the exact reason I refuse to have someone else do my bodywork and paint anymore.  I got screwed on the 2 Chevelles I have, after the second I said no more.  I took a night auto body class, and now I am capable of doing it myself.  My situation with the first Chevelle wasn't that extreme, but still very similar.

I've seen this same scenario over and over again.
I think there must be something in bondo dust that short circuits brain activity!

Thanks , but i finally found a GREAT shop. He is located just outside of Trenton . DJ"S restorations doing work on my charger now

just do a lot of research and ask alot of questions , dont use just anyone , and dont be so fast to give up alot of money!!!!!!!!!!!!
