speedo cable question / ignition question

I put a late 80's 318  with a 904 thans . i can not seem to find a speedo cable to fit into the trans . anyone have any ideas,
while im asking , are there any locksmiths that can rebuild my ignition cylinder and re key it too

Swap the speedo gear & adapter (speedo gear holder) with the one you used to have in there.

thats the problem , i didnt have one . no motor or trans when i bought the car .
