I was thinking about painting my car using flat black spray cans for the show I'm going to in July but then I sorta realized that people on this site know my car as the car with the red primer and copper paint so I'm keeping it the same for the show. That '68 looks sweet!!!!!!! :drool5:

I haven't seen it before and I started a flat black Charger thread a while back. I like it a lot except for the stripe. I'd rather it had the '68 stripe but hey, it's not my car. It looks like the rat rod paint to me where they buff flat black so it's real smooth.

HITMAN 149

hey bull...
yea i don't like the stripe either.. i'm a 68 stripe guy!!! mua-hahahaha

I LOVE flat back 68's!
like bull and hitman said, the 68 stripe would have looked better, but if the guy likes it, that's great  :2thumbs:

Who's '68 is that?  I'd like to know exactly how they got the flat black that nice :2thumbs:  My car will most likely be flat black for a period of time between now and paint.

They may have used a flat clear over black to get it that even.

Was thinking about going with that wheel and tire combo but the modern mustang off sets required a reletively large spacer (1.5 inches +) to fit and look nice IMO.

That said i love love love the black with gray stripe.
